They’re dedicated to becoming the No 1 Childhood institution in China. To achieve this goal, they’re sparing no efforts to expand their business in an intense competitive market in China.

Replacing their Old, Outdated System

They were using a basic and outdated traditional analog communication phone system. Because they have braches, employees, and clients in many different cities. Every day there are many incoming calls at the same moments but their traditional telephone system could not handle. This problem not only brings in countless troubles in their daylily work but also resulted in missing a lot of incoming calls of business opportunities. All of this really upset them very much. Therefore, they needed cost-efficient communication phone system to deal with lot of incoming and outgoing phone calls simultaneously.

VOPTech’s Mini IP PBX AX210 was installed along with the Gateway VG1XE-8 and IP Phone IP10. The AX-20 as a server to provide full call functions, VG1XE-8 as a gateway to handle more PSTN lines, IP10 as a terminal to receive or make calls.
